1. What is caripromo?

   A: Caripromo is a search engine portal that specified on promotional information that been conduct by issuer such as banks, telco operators, etc.

2. Is caripromo free?

   A: Yes, you can use the site for free.

3. What's the best way to find a promo information I'm looking for?

   A: You can choose a specified area, issuer, location from the drop down list on the search page or directly input the merchant's name you desired to look up, try to be as specific as possible, hit NEW SEARCH.

4. What is refine result?

   A: Refine results helps you to narrow down the search result to a more specific data if your first search result data is too many and too wide. *this feature only avail on caripromo mobile (m.caripromo.com). While on the website, you can narrow down the result by clicking the sub-category link (e.g. japanese, seafood, etc) or the location (e.g. Mall Taman Anggrek, Senayan City, etc).

5. How to submit review(s)?

   A: In order to make a review, first you have to be a registered members. Then you can make a review about any merchant you like (and dislike). You can upload an image also.

6. How to remove my review(s)?

   A: You cannot remove your review(s). But you can contact us to help you make the deletion process (with our consideration).

7. Does caripromo ever remove reviews?

   A: Rarely. But in some cases, caripromo will remove a review (and will typically email the writer to let them know) if it doesn't follow these guidelines:

   • Please make a review as objective as possible. Don't make it as a conflicts of interest. For example, a business owners review about their competitors, or users reviews about their former employers.

   • Please make a reviews related to the business itself, not for other matter like political ideologies, campaign, etc.

   • Please make a reviews based on you own personal experiences, not others.

   • Use your own words to tell us about your experience, don't copy from others (or another website).

   • Blank reviews.

   A: Caripromo can be accessed from :

1. What is business owner?

   A: Business owner means you owned a business that relate and can be published in Caripromo portal.

2. I'm a business owner, and there are some promotions (discounts, free gifts, etc) on my business, how to submit promotion to the web?

   A: Please fill the form here, and we will contact you.

3. My business has been reviewed on caripromo, how to claim its mine?

   A: You can email us your personal and merchant information to contact[at]caripromo.com. We will contact you for authorization process.

4. To claim or to submit promotions, should I pay?

   A: No, you are free to submit your promotions.

5. I'm a business owner, can I remove review(s) on my business?

   A: Actually no. We list businesses in our directory to allow consumers to read and write reviews about those businesses.

Banner and Sponsored Links

1. What is the difference between Banner and Sponsored Results?

   A: Banner is a promotion spot for you to put specific ads on our website and will be directly link to your site when users click it. Whilst Sponsored Results are a business advertisements paid by local businesses, which will be listed first when user search for a related result.
